As you are aware the current situation is fluid and advice from Government is constantly changing. To maintain your Approval to deliver Blue Flame Certification’s Certification Services an annual External Quality Assurance (EQA) Audit is required.
However, due to the Governmental advice regarding travel and social distancing we are implementing a modified approach to these required annual EQA surveillance activities. We will therefore be undertaking remote audits and will require various pieces of information and data to be forwarded to us for remote monitoring rather than executing a physical visit. Your individual External Quality Assurer or our Scheme Manger will be in touch with specific details closer to the time of you external audit.
When the Covid-19 restrictions re lifted the requirement to undertake a site visit to monitor your practical facilities will be carried out via a visit to the Approved Centre to complete the final part of this years audit.
We will of course continue to monitor the situation and will follow the official guidance from the authorities and keep you updated as things change.
