Flexi-Orb is the first renewables scheme to be formally recognised by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) as meeting the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17067:2013, and by choosing to become Flexi-Orb Certified through BFC you will be evidencing to your customers that you are committed to adhering to the highest possible industry installation standards, whilst assisting the UK’s drive towards Net Zero and decarbonisation.
In addition to covering Solar PV and Electrical Energy Storage Systems (EESS) the scheme also covers EV Charge Points (EVCP) – which is the first time this renewables technology will be available under a ISO/IEC 17065:2012 accredited scheme. Being aligned with the IET Code of Practice means it remains consistent with British Standards, ensuring the safety of the customer is at the heart of every installation.
